One organiser, single payment, self managed
Why Groups Love It
One organiser handles the booking and payment. Everyone else just completes their personal details. Simple, streamlined, and always flexible.

Flexible rider substitution (up to 14 days before)How It Works
1
One Organiser, One Payment
- The organiser is the main contact for the booking.
- They pay for all rider slots in a single transaction and manage any internal cost-sharing within the group.
- Ride360 communicates directly with the organiser for confirmations, changes, and updates.
2
Each Rider Registers Themselves
After the organiser completes the booking:
- Each rider receives a unique registration link
- Riders complete their own personal details and requirements
- Registration must be completed at least 14 days before the tour
3
Rider Substitutions
Plans change — we get it. The organiser can replace a rider up to 14 days before the tour using the self-service "Replace Rider" tool.
When a rider is replaced:
- The slot resets to pending
- A new registration link is issued
- The previous rider's link becomes invalid
- No extra fee applies
Within 14 days of the tour, substitutions require contacting Ride360.
4
Cancellations & Withdrawals
Group bookings are treated as one booking.
- Cancellations apply to the entire group, not individual riders
- Standard cancellation fees apply (see Terms & Conditions Section 6)
- No-shows or internal disputes are handled by the organiser
Group bookings cannot be split into individual bookings after purchase.
