Terms & Conditions
Effective for all bookings made on or after 21 February 2026.
When you use any Ride360 service — including making a booking, creating an account, accessing event information, redeeming credits, or using any feature of the Ride360 platform — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Ride360 for your participation in any ride, tour, event, or use of our platform offerings.
By completing your registration, you agree to participate in the event listed in your booking. You acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase and your involvement in the event.
Motorcycling is an inherently risky activity. By joining a Ride360 event, you accept that:
- Injury or death may occur.
- Your motorcycle, equipment, or personal items may be damaged or lost.
- Other riders may act unpredictably.
- Weather, terrain, and conditions may change without warning.
- Officials and organisers may need to make rapid decisions for safety.
- Insurance may not cover all risks.
- Medical assistance may be limited or delayed.
- You are responsible for riding safely and following instructions at all times.
In exchange for being accepted into the event, you agree to:
- Release Ride360, its staff, contractors, sponsors, and landowners from liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where prohibited by law.
- Participate entirely at your own risk.
- Accept all venues and environments "as is," including any hidden hazards.
- Follow all directions from Ride360 officials, understanding that failure to do so may result in removal from the event.
You confirm that your motorcycle is safe, roadworthy, and suitable for the event. Ride360 may inspect your bike and may require repairs or refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe.
