Early Bird Tickets
Book early, save more, and cancel fee-free. Lock in a discounted package price when bookings open and enjoy built-in fee-free cancellation.
Early Bird Tickets are our way of rewarding riders who commit early. When a tour opens for bookings, a limited number of packages are released at a discounted Early Bird price — once they're gone, standard pricing applies.
How it works
When you book an Early Bird Ticket, your booking is automatically flagged as fee-free. If you cancel more than 7 days before departure, the full booking amount goes back to your account as a standard credit — no cancellation fees, no ticketing fees. If you cancel within 7 days, the standard cancellation tiers in Section 6(i) of our Terms & Conditions apply.
What happens if I cancel?
Full booking amount returned as credit. No cancellation fee. No ticketing fee. The credit works like any other credit in your account.
Standard cancellation tiers apply (see Section 6(i) of our T&Cs). The fee-free benefit only applies outside the 7-day cutoff.
Once your credit is back in your account, it's treated the same as any other credit — use it on any tour, gift it to a friend, or hold onto it.

In short: Both have the same 7-day cutoff. Outside that window, an Early Bird Ticket waives every fee — you get the full amount back as credit. A Standard Flexi Ticket waives the cancellation penalty but not the ticketing fee. Within 7 days, standard cancellation tiers apply to both. The key difference: Early Bird is a discounted price built into the package, while a Flexi Ticket is an add-on you pay extra for.
